Precision Plastic's injection presses, assembly and finishing processes are all designed to accept automation. Add to that our experience in developing customized automation equipment offers production options that may not be available from other Custom Plastic Molders.

But … we also balance production costs savings with how automation may jeopardize component cost, quality or reliability.

Complex or fragile parts sometimes do not automate well; there are cases where we minimize automation to maintain part integrity and specs. There are also some projects that will not economically adapt to automated processes; this may be due to set up time and/or the equipment cost for automation for a short run may actually increase your unit cost. It is important that we apply automated processes when it will maximize its benefits for you.
